本成套設(shè)備是我廠集*技術(shù)與國(guó)內(nèi)食品廠實(shí)際情況，開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)需求洗蛋、磕蛋設(shè)備。成套設(shè)備采用SUS304材料，洗蛋、磕蛋分離實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)自動(dòng)化作業(yè)，特殊立轉(zhuǎn)磕蛋機(jī)構(gòu)，蛋殼提升、離心蛋清、使蛋液獲得率達(dá)98%以上，zui后對(duì)蛋液進(jìn)行過濾，輸送至平衡罐。

1、全部材料系用SUS304材質(zhì)，耐腐蝕、衛(wèi)生干凈、便于清洗。
2、清洗干凈蛋殼表面的糞便，雞血以及其他活垢進(jìn)行有效去除。
3、與傳統(tǒng)人工磕蛋相比可獲得高比率的蛋液，提高工作效率節(jié)省人工。
4、更符合食品衛(wèi)生要求、無(wú)蛋殼及蛋殼外臟物進(jìn)入蛋液。
5、變量更調(diào)速控制速度。
