常見的國產(chǎn)離心機無中間倉，依靠迷宮式密封及軟密封來完成固液兩相密封，安裝工藝方面的要求如下：
?。?）為自然排風口，由設備廠家自帶汽水分離罐，按分離罐上端法蘭口配管就能滿足排氣要求；
?。?）為強制排氣口，國產(chǎn)離心機雖無外來氣體的介入，為使其能夠達到*運行狀態(tài)，應考慮強制排風。
進口離心機有較嚴格的氣流方向要求，否則很難使設備達到理想狀態(tài)，安裝工藝方面的要求如下：
?。?）為分離母液的排出口側(cè)面接管排氣，是自然排風口；
?。?）為強制進風口，該離心機設計有中間倉，依靠進風的風量封住固相及液相排出的氣流，起到密封作用。在離心機運轉(zhuǎn)時，因離心作用使腔內(nèi)為負壓，吸進等于吸出，故離心機固相及液相有氣流排出；
?。?）為強制排風口，此氣流不排出，會造成離心機下料倉氣阻，增加了運行電流及振動，嚴重時易搭橋造成事故（脫水濾餅有一定的水含量，流動性非常差）。在考慮強制排風時，計算排風量要留有余量，因為進口離心機中間倉有外來氣體介入。
隨著我國精細加工技術(shù)的不斷進步，國產(chǎn)離心機在很多技術(shù)方面已經(jīng)超越國外進口的離心機產(chǎn)品。
