離心機在日常運行中，保證離心機的穩(wěn)定運行是提高分離效率和機械使用安全的前提，這是一個系統(tǒng)的工程，需要在日常的操作中注意方方面面。那么在日常使用離心機的時候，怎么樣才能保證離心機的運行是平穩(wěn)的呢，下面我們就來分析一下，離心機運行過程需要注意的事項：
首先是加強對設備的管理，對離心機的清洗尤其是轉(zhuǎn)鼓的清洗，才能減少轉(zhuǎn)鼓上面污物的積累，避免離心機因為轉(zhuǎn)鼓受力不均勻而發(fā)生振動，清洗轉(zhuǎn)鼓要注意用沖洗水反復沖刷，可以保證轉(zhuǎn)鼓沖洗*。
同時還需要定期清理凝絮劑儲存裝置，減少污泥粘附在離心機的轉(zhuǎn)鼓上面，可以保證離心機的轉(zhuǎn)鼓在運作的時候，其受力是均勻的，在設備正常的情況下，發(fā)揮zui大的功效。
而在操作人員水平的培訓方面也得加強，離心機操作是一個系統(tǒng)的動作，每一步都必須準確無誤，對突發(fā)情況有良好的應對措施，比如根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需要，及時調(diào)整回流開度。
在離心機初始安裝時就應該考慮到離心機在工作狀態(tài)下的振動，采用牢固的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)做為基座，保證離心機滑輪和差速器的高度差小雨5毫米，然后通過和管線的連接，根據(jù)負載動態(tài)判斷機器的振動幅度。
減少離心機物料雜質(zhì)的負荷，減少分離物料的固體含有率，因為物料被甩出來的時候速度快，如何有較多大顆粒雜質(zhì)，可能導致離心機各部件加速磨損，離心機不穩(wěn)定運行就在情理之中。
以上就是有關(guān)離心機在日常運行中需要注意的事項，尤其要注意的是要保證離心機的轉(zhuǎn)鼓在運作的時候，其受力是均勻的，這樣就可以避免離心機在運作的時候，發(fā)生強烈的振動，使得離心機運行平穩(wěn)。
