為了確保離心機(jī)的安全和離心效果，了解掌握離心機(jī)的注意事項(xiàng)亦是重中之重，具體事項(xiàng)如下：
1、低速冷凍離心機(jī)儀器必須放置在堅(jiān)固水平的臺面上，工程塑料蓋門上不得放置任何物品；樣品必須對稱放置，并在開機(jī)前確保已擰緊螺母。
2、使用前應(yīng)檢查離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子是否有傷痕、腐蝕等現(xiàn)象，同時(shí)應(yīng)對離心杯做裂紋、老化等方面的檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)有疑問立即停止使用，并與廠方；開機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)前請務(wù)必?cái)Q緊轉(zhuǎn)頭的壓緊螺帽，以免高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)頭飛出造成事故。
3、轉(zhuǎn)速設(shè)定不得超過zui高轉(zhuǎn)速，以確保機(jī)器安全運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
4、使用中如果出現(xiàn)0.00或其他數(shù)字，機(jī)器不運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，應(yīng)關(guān)機(jī)斷電，10秒后重新開機(jī)，待所設(shè)轉(zhuǎn)速顯示后，再按運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)鍵，機(jī)器將照常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
5、如需分離樣品的比重超過1.2克/立方厘米，zui高轉(zhuǎn)速N必須按下式修正：N=NMAX＊（1.2/樣品比重）1/2，NMAX=轉(zhuǎn)子極限轉(zhuǎn)速。
6、不得在機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中或轉(zhuǎn)子未停穩(wěn)的情況下打開蓋門，以免發(fā)生事故。
7、離心杯必須等量灌注樣品，切不要使轉(zhuǎn)頭在不平衡的狀況下運(yùn)行。
8、離心機(jī)一次運(yùn)行不要超過60分鐘。
9、離心機(jī)必須可靠接地；機(jī)器不使用，請拔掉電源插頭。
